Thesis Title: Mirrirs in Musıc. Motor knowledge and musical intentionality

About

I'm a PhD Student in Music Psychology at the University of Sheffield.

My research addresses for an enactive approach to musical comprehension in light of the Mirror Mechanism's theory of action understanding.

I am interested in providing a notion of musical intentionality considering the role of musical-directed motor acts, investigating the development of musical expertise from early infancy and shed light upon the nature of musical experience from an embodied, phenomenological perspective
