My research interest is mainly in the relationship between art and the market - whether the marketing of the arts, marketing through the arts, or representations of the market in the arts. I am also interested in symbolic aspects of marketing, mainly branding. Am keenly interested in issues to do with the identity of artists.

Member of editorial panel of Marketing Theory and Creative Industries Journal.
